This policy covers the website relaxrichfield.com, run by Richfield Relax & Restore ("we," "us"). It explains what information the site collects and how it is used. It does not cover the services of the outside companies we link to, which have their own policies.
What we collect
- Chat assistant messages. If you use the chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to our server and passed to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model, so it can write a reply. We do not ask for your name or contact details in the chat, and we do not keep a copy of your conversation. Please do not share sensitive or health information in the chat.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use your IP address briefly to limit how many chat messages can be sent, which protects the service from abuse; it is held in memory only and not stored.
- Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally; it reports anonymous, combined numbers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
Booking, memberships, and payments
Online booking, membership sign up, gift cards, and payments are handled by Square. When you book or pay, you leave our website and the information you enter (such as your name, phone number, email, and card details) is collected by Square and shared with us so we can manage your appointment or membership. Square's privacy policy applies to that information: squareup.com/legal/privacy.
Embedded content
- Google Maps. The Visit page shows an embedded Google map, which loads from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
- YouTube. Our welcome video plays from YouTube's privacy enhanced mode, and it only loads if you choose to play it. Google's privacy policy applies to the video player.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the website and provides anonymous analytics.
- Anthropic provides the AI model behind the chat assistant.
- Square provides booking, memberships, gift cards, payments, and our customer messages.
- Google provides the embedded map and video player.
Email and text messages
If you give us your email or phone number through Square, we may send appointment messages and, if you agreed to receive them, occasional updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us below. Information held by Square can also be managed through Square.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
