Everything on this site, including our Journal articles and the chat assistant, is general wellness information. It is not medical advice and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Descriptions of chromotherapy benefits are what Clearlight, the maker of our saunas, states about its products. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or blood pressure concerns, or have any other health questions, please talk with your doctor before using an infrared sauna or massage chair.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant is an automated AI tool. It does its best to answer questions about our services, hours, and pricing, but it can make mistakes. Please confirm anything important, such as current hours or prices, by calling or texting us. Do not use the chat for emergencies or share sensitive or health information in it.
Bookings, memberships, and gift cards
Appointments, memberships, gift cards, and payments are processed by Square and are subject to Square's terms as well as our own policies. Memberships bill monthly from your sign up date, and your confirmation email includes a link to update your card, pause, or cancel. Prices, hours, and offers shown on the site can change; the price shown when you book or join is the one that applies.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, overload the chat assistant, or access parts of the site that are not public. We may limit or block access to anyone who does.
