Deep warmth, without the stifling air.
25 minutes in your own private Clearlight full spectrum sauna, with chromotherapy included and room for two.
It warms you, not the room.
A traditional sauna heats the air until it is hot enough to warm your body, often up to 195°F. Infrared works the other way around: it warms your body directly, so the room stays a gentler 115 to 135°F while you build a deep, steady sweat.
That is why so many people who never enjoyed a traditional sauna love infrared. You breathe easily, relax fully, and stay for the whole session.
Want the full reset? Pair your sauna with a 20-minute zero gravity chair massage in Richfield, or come as a couple with the Date Night Special.
Three types of infrared.
Our full spectrum saunas combine near, mid, and far infrared.
Surface warmth
Gentle warmth you feel on your skin right away.
Deeper warmth
An even warmth that settles into tired muscles and helps you relax.
The sweat
The longest wavelength, closest to your body's own warmth, and the source of that deep, steady sweat.
Why guests make it a habit.
Everyone is different, but these are the things our regulars mention most.
A quieter mind
25 minutes in a private room with soft light and gentle heat, and nowhere else to be.
Relaxed muscles
Warmth that reaches past the surface helps tight shoulders, backs, and legs relax.
An easy evening
An after-work session is an easy way to slow down before the night ahead.
A real sweat
A deep, steady sweat at a gentler temperature than a traditional sauna.
Sauna questions.
How long is a session?
Each private sauna session is 25 minutes. Chromotherapy is included, and you control the color and brightness.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. Our saunas are 4 feet wide and fit most couples comfortably. A guest can join a single session for $15, and Daily Sauna and Daily Sauna + Massage members bring a sauna guest free.
How hot does it get?
About 115 to 135°F. That is much gentler than a traditional sauna, because infrared warms your body directly instead of heating the air around you.
How often should I come?
Many guests notice the biggest difference with a regular routine, which is why our memberships include a session every day we are open.
Is it right for me?
Most people enjoy infrared sauna. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or blood pressure concerns, or have other health questions, please check with your doctor before your first session. General wellness information, not medical advice.
